An explosion yesterday rocked an apartment in Dadin Kowa in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State, severing the two wrists of a 19-year-old boy, Abdulsawal Mohammed.

Two of his friends were injured in the blast which occurred in ` Mohammed's living room.

The incident occurred barely 24 hours after hoodlums torched the homes of some Plateau elders in Kuru Jenta.
