High Court restrains EFCC from arresting ex-governor

An Asaba High Court yesterday restrained the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) from arresting former Delta Governor James Ibori.

Mr Justice I.N. Buba issued the order following a motion for interim injunction brought by Ibori's counsel Augustine Alegeh (SAN).
