Job Title: GM Propositions and Enterprise Solutions (ES) Marketing
Department: Enterprise Solutions
Location:  Lagos
Employment Status: Permanent

Job Description:    
•   Marketing and Branding
•   Develop and implement the delivery of ES marketing strategy to meet the need of the overall business plan and sales target
•   Develop a market research programme with MTNN Business Intelligence unit which will inform ES activity and offer great understanding of customers and sales
•   Create and maintain a distinct ES brand within the MTN Nigeria "master brand" which differentiates the MTN ES from competitors and provides long-term and sustainable competitive advantage

Reporting To:   Chief Enterprise Solutions Officer (CESO)

Required Skills:
•MTN Group expectation of best practices.
•Organization in a growth phase and some areas of the business in the process of establishment and change
•Support structures for many initiatives are in development phase
•MTN Nigeria's business plan
•An evolving macro-economic environment both local and international

Qualification:    
•   A first degree in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
•   An advanced degree preferably in a business related discipline(e.g. MSc , MBA, etc) At least 15 years work experience which includes: 5 years experience in Marketing management of a large organisation
•   Experience of business analysis and reporting at a senior management level in-depth market research experience in the telecommunication sector
•   Strong data mining/analysis experience
