Volkswagen Will Introduce Plug-In Hybrids in 2013

The German automaker announced at the 32nd International Vienna Motor Symposium that it will be releasing plug-in hybrids by 2013. Models that are being considered include the Audi A3 E-tron and a plug-in hybrid version of the Golf. VW also showcased two new engines at the conference: a 1.4-liter TSI E85 and a 2.0-liter TDI.
