Job Description:
•   Development of country strategy for the CEO and supporting the CEO towards the attainment of governance, business and financial goals.
•   Contribute to overall success of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria.
•   Planning, coordination and management support.
•   Coordinate, prepare and deploy strategic reviews that articulate country strategy.
•   Track and measure the effectiveness of strategic and governance initiatives.
•   To support the CEO in all aspects of driving and achieving the business strategy of Nigeria.
•   Provide relevant MIS to enable the achievement of business aspirations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
•   Strategy/ Planning
•   Business Management
•   Business Intelligence

Qualifications & Skills:
•   Good university degree.
•   Broad understanding of corporate governance with more detailed understanding of one or more key areas such as sales process issues, relationship management, risk, product sales etc.
•   Self starter, ambition, dedication and pride in their work.
•   Willing to challenge the status quo.
•   Strong organizational and project management skills with an excellent eye for detail.
