Job Description:
Sales Support supervisor (Order)
Central receipt and processing of orders for MTN products from MTN trade partners and connect stores nationwide
•Receive orders from trade partners promptly and courteously via phone, e-mail, fax etc
•Process order requests on IFS in accordance with stock availability and PPPs
•Administer product allocation/products mix
•Administration of all MTN Trade Partners physical and logical orders
• Reporting to and reconciliation of all transactions passing through the planning system

Job Conditions:   
•   Standard MTN working conditions.
•   May work extended hours
•   Reporting To:   Sales Support Supervisor

Required Skills:
•4 years working experience in a commercial environment including:
•Minimum of two years experience in a similar role

Qualification:
•   First degree or equivalent in a business related discipline.
•   Call center experience
