Finnish Police in Tampere, discover Severed Body in trash cans

The severed remains of a body have been uncovered from rubbish bins in the Takahuhti area of Tampere. The victim was a male. Local police have detained three men who helping them with inquiries.

Police in Tampere were called to the scene on Sunday afternoon when parts of a human body were discovered in three separate trash cans.

Officers believe they know who the victim was but this will be confirmed later.
