Barely 48 hours after controversial Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Maurice Iwu was sent on leave by Acting President Goodluck Jonathan, the vexed issue of who appoints the INEC boss has thrown up fresh controversy in the House of Representatives.
