Federal Polytechnic, Ede invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into HND (Full Time), ND (Part Time) and Pre-ND programmes of the Polytechnic for the 2011/2012 Academic Session.

Method of Application:
Applicants are to obtain scratch cards to access and fill forms on the Institution's website from the following banks at a cost of N7,500.00k (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only)

All applicants should note that the deadline for the completion of forms on the internet is 26th August, 2011.

Instructions for Completing the Application Form

•   After scratching the registration card, click on the appropriate link above.
•   The above step takes you to the Log-in page where you will be required to provide the PIN CODE and the Card SERIAL NUMBER.
•   Type in the pin code and the serial number and click Log-in. Once the card details are correctly entered, the online application form is displayed.
•   Ensure you fill in the application form correctly as there will be no chance of re-editing the form contents once the form is submitted.
•   On the application form, you are required to upload your recent passport size photograph. The photograph should not be greater than 20KB in size and must be in JPEG format.
•   Fields asterisked in Red are mandatory and hence must be provided.
•   In cases where the space provided is not sufficient, simply abbreviate your entry.
•   On completion of the form, click Preview to view the details you have entered. You have the chance of going back to the application page before final submission to correct any error. In case you have any corrections to make, click the<<Back button.
•   To finally submit your form click Submit.
•   Print your acknowledgement slip and application form.
•   Ensure you bring the printed slip and form for the selection test.

The admission forms on sale are meant for HND (Full-time), ND (Part-time) and Pre-ND. If you are interested in ND full-time, then you have enrolled for JAMB UTME.
