Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is currently recruiting the following position(s):

Position: Deputy Registrar (REF: DR 11)

The Job:
•   Reports to the General Manager of Flour Mill Registrar Limited.
•   Maintains the register of members; registers transfers; updates dividends and shares certificates and reconciles dividend accounts and reconciles divided accounts.
•   Responsible for dividend payment and issues bonus share certificates.
•   Supervises front line personnel and oversees operations of the different work teams.
•   Assesses requests and complaints and advises accordingly.
•   Reviews document prepared by front line personnel to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulation and confirmation with clients' request.

Qualification:
•   First degree in Accounting, Finance or Law.
•   Membership of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) or Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) is also a requirement.

The Person:
•   Must possess high level of confidentially and integrity; excellent interpersonal skills; be highly motivated, committed, result oriented and able to work independently with little or no supervision, under pressure and time constraints.

Experience:
•   Minimum of 5 years experience with reputable Registrars.
