Oiltest Services Limited requires the service of competent candidates for the following position(s):

Job Title: Personnel Manager - Ref: PM/11/01
•   Location: Port-Harcourt

Requirement:
•   Good knowledge and experience of human resource matters especially recruitment and selection, personnel administration, grievance and disciplinary procedures, and possess good management skills.
•   Knowledge and experience of HR management information systems and good computer skills
•   Possession of problem solving skills
•   Must possess impeccable integrity with a great sense of responsibility
•   Proficient in verbal and written communication and a good team player
•   A good degree in Social Sciences. A post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline will be an advantage.
•   10 years HR experience preferably in a service company environment.
•   Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining focused and efficient.
