Olubadan, Onpetu in verbal war at Oyo monarchs’ meeting

IT was a royal rumble yesterday at the traditional council chamber of the Government Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

The drama occurred at the maiden meeting of the reconstituted body of  the State Council of Obas and Chiefs as the Onpetu of Ijeruland in Ogbomoso, Oba Sunday Oyediran, engaged the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Samuel Odulana Odugade,  in a verbal war over the presence of journalists.
