Africa seeks greater share of $2.3b carbon markets

Marrakesh.  Energy and climate experts are seeking ways to help Africa grab a greater share of world carbon markets. At the Africa Carbon Forum, held in Marrakech, Morocco, early this month, the continent sought ways of partaking in the multi-billion dollar fund.
