Dangote’s crash of cement prices

The Dangote Cement Company recently announced a reduction in the price of its bagged cement to N1, 350.00 per bag, several weeks after the Federal Government had given a marching order to the Cement Manufacturers' Association of Nigeria (CMAN) to halt the astronomical rise in the prices of cement products reducing the price per bag.

That is a good omen for Cement Manufacturers' and Nigeria as a whole. Kudos to Dangote PLC for the gesture.
