Position: Production Manager

Function Name: Supply Chain
Location: Head Office

Education & Career Type:
•   B.Engr./HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology.
•   Minimum of 8years experience, 5 of which must be at managerial level in an FMCG environment.
•   A strong knowledge of Plant Manufacturing operations

Desired Candidate Profile:
•   Oral & Organisation/Administration
•   Creativity and Innovation
•   Cost Control & Integrity/Accountability; and Numeracy and analytical skills
•   Leadership/supervisory skills & Public Relations knowledge and international best practices
•   Interpersonal relations & Knowledge of local community relations (social issues and local cultures)
•   Good understanding of national political environment/framework
•   FMCG dynamics & Public Speaking
•   Influencing and persuasion, Team player & Written Communications

Job Description
•   Deploy production equipment at the optimum required standard of efficiency and effectiveness.
•   Ensure consistent delivery of quality products to meet customer and consumer demands.
•   Develop manufacturing processes and controls to ensure quality products are consistently delivered to meet company plans and objectives.
