Position: Human Resources Manager

Function Name: Human Resources
Location: Head Office

Education & Career Type:
•   B.Sc./HND in Business Administration/Humanities.
•   Minimum 7 years work experience in HR, 5 of which must be on a managerial capability in a large beverage or FMCG company.

Desired Candidate Profile:
•   Oral & Organisation/Administration
•   Creativity and Innovation
•   Cost Control & Integrity/Accountability; and Numeracy and analytical skills
•   Leadership/supervisory skills & Public Relations knowledge and international best practices
•   Interpersonal relations & Knowledge of local community relations (social issues and local cultures)
•   Good understanding of national political environment/framework
•   FMCG dynamics & Public Speaking
•   Influencing and persuasion, Team player & Written Communications

Job Description
•   Achievement of people management leadership in the plant through prompt/effective communication.
•   Maintenance of strong relationship with union representatives, management and all stakeholders to ensure harmonious industrial relations.
•   Implementation of company's reputation within the community.
•   Ensure manpower requirement in the plant is met and within budget.
•   Co-ordinate training, recruitment and selection process for junior staff.
