University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) has announced its 2011/2012 Post-UTME exercises for candidates who have chosen UNAAB during the 2011/2012 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE).

(i) Candidates who chose University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) as First and/or Second choice University and sat for 2011 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) held on Saturday, 18th June, 2011 are invited to register on-line for consideration of admission to 100 level in 2011/2012 Academic Session.

Candidates applying for admission into any undergraduate programmes in Agricultural,
Engineering or Science courses must possess a minimum of five (5) O'Level credit passes at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO, which must include credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and other Science subjects relevant to the proposed course of study.

(ii) Direct Entry Candidates, who have applied to JAMB for admission to University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) are also invited to register on-line for admission to 200/300 level.

(iii) Senate of the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) has approved new programmes in Management Sciences for commencement in the 2011/2012 Academic Session.

The University, hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates who sat for 2011 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and are interested in seeking admission into any of the following Programmes:
a. Bachelor of Science in Accounting
b. Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance
c. Bachelor of Science in Business Enterprise Management
d. Bachelor of Science in Economics

Candidates must possess minimum entry requirement of five (5) O'Level credit passes at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and other two relevant subjects.

Registration by uploading of information on biodata and results for 2011/2012 undergraduate Admission

METHOD OF REGISTRATION

(i) Eligible candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Naira
(N1,000.00) only into one of the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) accounts
(given below) in all branches nationwide of Zenith Bank Plc. or Guaranty Trust Bank Plc that is of proximity to them to purchase of Personal Identification Number (PIN) required to login to UNAAB website for registration.

PIN for login can also be obtained from UNAAB Microfinance Bank Abeokuta UNAAB Account Numbers to pay into is:

(ii) Candidates should note that they are to collect payment tellers for their Personal
Identification Number (PIN) from designated banks.

(iii) Purchase of access PIN commences from Monday 25th July, 2011 and ends on Monday 8th August, 2011.

(iv) Candidates are required to register on-line at www.unaab.edu.ng by using their purchased access PIN to upload their Bio-Data, O'Level results, UTME subjects scores and recent coloured passport photograph (not more than 6months old).

(v) On uploading the coloured passport photograph, a candidate is expected to first preview, confirm, submit and print out immediately an acknowledgment sheet showing his/her photograph.

(vi) No complaint of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission.

(vii) Candidates awaiting results can also register provided there is an assurance that such results would be uploaded on or before 31st August, 2011.

UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE ABEOKUTA (UNAAB) UPDATE ON 2011/2012 SCREENING EXERCISE

The 2011/2012 Screening Exercise for successful candidates has been scheduled from MONDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER TO FRIDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER, 2011. The present schedule is informed by the forth-coming Ramadan Holiday.

- Prospective candidates are advised to visit UNAAB website to know their admission status
- Successful candidates must print out their offer of Provisional Admission Letters as well as their screening schedule (Date, Venue and Time) before coming for the screening in the scheduled date.
- All information will be available online
- Keep checking our Website: www.unaab.edu.ng as information will be updated soon.

Requirements for the Screening are:
1) Original copies of candidate's credentials
2) Evidence of payment of Acceptance fee of N25,000.00
3) Evidence of payment of Computer Training fee of N5,000
4) Original copy of Birth Certificate
5) Downloaded slip printed from UNAAB website, which contains the record of credentials provided/uploaded by the candidate for admission.

The record on the slip must contain the followings:
- The UTME Result
- Post-UTME Result
- O' Level Result
- Composite Score
- Course offered the candidate on admission
- Date of Birth of Candidate

2011/2012 Academic Session: Admission

This is the Admission site for the 2011/2012 Academic Session.

Screening of shortlisted candidates for the 2011/2012 Academic Session holds from Wednesday, 7th September, 2011 to Saturday 10th September, 2011. Prospective candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry) are advised to check their admission status , successful candidates will be able to print an their invitation to the Screening Exercise showing the course they are being offered and other information on which the offer is based.

Shortlisted candidates interested in accepting the invitation are required to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of N25,000 and non-refundable Computer Training Fee of N5,000 in any branch/location of any of the following banks nationwide to Register for Screening:

-   Zenith Bank Plc. (Account Number: 1012409485)
-   UNAAB Microfinance (Account Number: 2080080100480)

A 12-digits Screening PIN (Personal Information Number) code starting with 115 will be issued with a payment of N1,000 (One Thousand Naira) after payment of these fees. Your UTME Number and Screening PIN is required to check your Screening Schedule (day, time and venue).
