Royalty Hotels & Recreation Ltd (RHRL), an indigenous hospitality and Industrial catering organization with Head Office in Eket, Akwa Ibom State has vacancies for the following positions:

Job Title: Camp Bosses
Job Role: Catering / Administration
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Requirements and Experience:
The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications, abilities and attitudes:
•   A minimum qualification of Diploma/OND in Catering Management. But first degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution will be an edge.
•   Sound knowledge of computer appreciation and application with basic hotel and catering software.
•   Knowledge of food costing and menu planning.
•   Ability to work under pressure and with large crowd.
•   Excellent communication skills and ability to work successfully with teams and take initiatives
•   Coordinate the day-to-day running of all out0station locations, providing full catering, housekeeping and management services.
•   Ability to support the management team, produce quality dishes from a branded menu and successfully manage a busy kitchen area.
•   Render support in the training and managing of the kitchen team, ensure the Quality Control (QC) compliance within the kitchen
•   Manage stock while maintaining complete food safety and hygiene.
•   Possess of passion for food and people, a friendly efficiency in the kitchen. Share the vision and values of the management and maintain flexibility during the development of the brand.
•   Experience of working in contracted catering services, excellent understanding of high level industrial catering operations and specifically a high level degree of knowledge of hygiene, food handing, food presentation concepts and knowledge of popular catering products.
