Workforce Management Center is currently recruiting for the following position:

Position Title: Network Support IP/ MPLS/ QoS Engineer

Job Summary:
This role is an IP network support role, which involves the design, installation and maintenance of connectivity for clients. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•   Designing, installing and maintaining IP connectivity services for an organization;  includes ensuring that network communications architecture is functioning efficiently.
•   Network upgrade, implementation, and test plans.
•   Perform as the customers' consultant for all of Clients IP/ MPLS technology related services.
•   Perform level 3 technical supports and escalation for telecommunications IP issues.
•   Proactively plan and manage the implementation of IP services and for Clients.
•   Maintain a strategic understanding of the existing infrastructure and its relationship to the business.
•   Ensure compliance with international regulatory voice guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:
•   Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or related discipline
•   2-4 years of relevant work experience in related area and increasing responsibility.

Job Requirement:
•   Consult with client organizations to understand their business and technical needs.
•   Requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously each with critical deadlines.
