Workforce Management Center is currently recruiting for the following position:

Position Title: Budgeting & Revenue Assurance Officer
Job Category: Accounting and Finance
Salary Range: Competitive
Location: Lagos State

Job Summary:
Develop and implement revenue assurance procedures for data and voice services – Postpaid & prepaid and interconnect processes (Voice).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•   Periodic review and reconciliation of interconnect traffic report and data with various network elements for consistency and reasonableness.
•   Resolve issues pertaining to revenue and data adequacy and integrity (Daily Call Summary / Call Details Records (CDR) Reconciliation) and ensure end-to-end allocations of CDR and CORE to subscribers' accounts to prevent revenue leakages.
•   Periodically audit Interconnect tables Charge Number Prefix, Product codes, Rate Matrix, and CDR processing procedures and publish the report.
•   Carry out periodic reconciliation status of Rate plans configured in Interconnect billing system (Termination charges, Carriage/Transit charges and Access Deficit Charge -ADC) Vs. Rate plans approved / released by Regulatory or agreed with operators and publish the report.
•   Periodic CDR Reconciliation between Switch, Mediation and Interconnect Billing system using Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) and reporting exceptions for corrective action.
•   Analysis of suspected cloning cases / refiling traffic and reporting same to concerned department for necessary action.

Qualifications and Experience:
•   Bachelor's degree in Accounting  or finance related course.
•   3-5 years relevant experience in  telecoms.
•   Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
•   Advanced knowledge of accounting principles.
•   Microsoft Windows knowledge with extensive and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
