2011: CODER, five others demand new voters’ register

The Coalition of Democrats for Electoral Reform (CODER) and five other organisations yesterday petitioned President Goodluck Jonathan and demanded a new digitalised voters' register for credible elections next year.

They also insisted on the reconstitution of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)
