Nigerians react To FG Proposed Spending On Obama's 50th Birthday

The Nigerian Senate has approved a budget of $50,000,000 to be spent on activities to mark US President Obama's 50th birthday.

Some concerned Nigerians have reacted over the Nigeria federal government proposed spending on Obama's birthday. They posted their thought on a forum.

* That's madness! The United States did not spend a dime to celebrate Obama's birthday
why should Nigeria? If Obama's father was from Nigeria, the so called legislooters will
probably mortgage the country to celebrate his birthday.

Honestly, I do not any justification for the spending. Why is Nigeria celebrating Obama's birthday? This is nothing but a wasteful spending and an avenue to loot the treasury. Believe!
