Adekunle Ajasin University (AAU) has announced its 2011 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening exercises for those that have chosen the universities during the 2011 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for 2011/2012 Admission Exercises and Academic Session.

2011/2012 PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE POST - UTME & DIRECT ENTRY

Cut off Mark is 200 & above

Date of Entrance Examination: 26th & 27th August, 2011
Closing Date for Registration: Tue 23rd August, 2011

Instructions:
•  Scratch off the Access Card to reveal PIN
•  Enter your DE/UME Registration Number (Pls, enter this correctly)
•  Enter Serial No. & PIN of your card
•  Click LOGIN to fill Post-DE/UTME Screening Application Form

Passport Details:
•  Attach a recent passport photograph (not more than 6 months old)
•  Maximum passport size should be 20kb
•  Passport must be of Jpeg format
•  Passport must be taken with red background

2011/2012 PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE POST - UTME & DIRECT ENTRY

All candidates who have applied for admission and made Adekunle Ajasin University,
Akungba-Akoko their First or Second Choice in the 2011/2012 Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examination (UTME) held in June 2011 with a score of 200 and above, as well as Direct Entry applicants for the 2011/2012 Academic Session are invited for Pre-Admission Screening. It should be noted that this is a mandatory entry requirement.

Pre-Admission Screening Time Table

The Screening Exercise will take place at the University Campus. The schedule for the
Screening is strictly as shown below.

DAY 1: FRIDAY, AUGUST 26, 2011

Session 1 (9am. -12 Noon)
•   Science and Science Education
•   (including Human Kinetic, Health
•   Education and Integrated Science.

Session 2 (2pm.-5pm)
•   Arts/Arts Education and Law

DAY 2: SATURDAY, AUGUST 27, 2011

Session 1 (11am-2pm)
•   Social Science, i.e. Economics,
•   Geography and Planning Science,
•   Political Science, Public
•   Administration, Psychology and
•   Sociology, Educational Management,
•   Guidance and Counselling.

Session 2 (3pm-5pm)
•   Management Sciences, i.e.
•   Accounting, Accounting
•   Education, Banking and Finance
•   Business Administration.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

•   All candidates are to register on-line on the University website not later than Tuesday 23rd August, 2011.
•   Access to on-line registration is by payment of Three thousand Naira (N3,000.00) to cover the following:
(i) N2,000.00 administrative charge,
(ii) N1, 000.00 for on-line application and result checking scratch cards.

Candidates can purchase Scratch Cards from the following Banks and Branches:

NOTE:
•   Candidates must bring along the completed Application Form to qualify for screening.
•   Any candidate who fails to present himself/herself for screening as scheduled above automatically forfeits his/her chance of being considered for admission into the University.
•   Candidates are to note that Mobile Hand sets are not allowed into the venue of the Screening Exercise.
