Job Title: HR Manager – Lagos

Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will report to the MD.
Candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and updating personnel policies, procedures and forms.
Stays current with laws and regulations affecting personnel issues, coordinates with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and training.
Assist managers with employee reviews and performance appraisal.

Specific Requirement:
BA/BSC or any other equivalent qualification in relevant field.
Member of IPM and the possession of a master degree in relevant field will be an advantage.
Candidate should be a female Igbo lady, not more than 25 years.
Candidate must have 5 years working experience minimum with the ability to manage, train staff, courteous, pleasant personality, team player, prudent, honest, disciplined, smart and result oriented.
