FOR the second time in one week, the leadership of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) yesterday sealed the hope of two commissioner-nominees of former Governor Rashidi Ladoja of Oyo State which Governor Abiola Ajimobi re-presented to the House of Assembly for confirmation as cabinet members.
