Kwara State College of Education (COE), Oro has not yet announced its 2011 Post-UTME Screening exercises for those that have chosen the universities during the 2011 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for 2011/2012 Admission Exercises and Academic Session.

POST-JAMB/UTME SCREENING EXERCISE FOR PROSPECTIVE NCE 1 STUDENTS FOR 2011/2012 ADADEMICE SESSION

The general public is hereby informed that the Kwara State College of Education Oro, will be conducting a screening exercise for all prospective NCE 1 candidates for 2011/2012 admission

DETAILS

A.               Candidates qualified to attend the screening exercise

(i)               All candidates who chose the college in the 2011 UTME;
(ii)             All other candidates who sat for 2011 UTME and did not choose Kwara State College of Education, Oro but now wish to change their choice of institution to Kwara State College of Education,Oro;
(iii)          All the 2010/2011 Pre-NCE Student of Kwara State College of Education, Oro who sat for the 2011UTME.

In all cases, only candidates who scored 160 and above in the 2011 UTME can attend the screening.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

B.               All candidates are required to bring the following document for the screening exercise

(i)            Original and photocopy of JAMB/UTME notification of results slip/print out.
(ii)          Two recent passport photographs.
(iii)       Original and photocopies of all results.
(iv)       Evidence of payment of the processing fee.
(v)          Writing materials.

C.               DATES OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE

(i)            1st Segment: Satuaday 10th September, 2011 for category of candidates in A (i) and (ii) only.
(ii)          2nd  Segment: Wednesday 21st to Friday 23th September,2011 (for all candidates)

D.               VENUE AND TIME OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE

Auditorium 1, Kwara State College of Education. Oro by 10:00am.

E.                PROCESSING FEE

Candidate must pay a total fee of N 1,500 (Screening fee of N 1,000.00 and processing of fee N 500.00 ONLY). Payment must be made to any of the following Banks:

(i)            UNION Bank of Nigeria, Oro –A/C-6061030001527.
(ii)       First Bank, Oro, Offa and Ilorin (Unity Branch) - A/C-6882040000064.
(iii)       Iludun Oro, MFB- A/C-30000394.

After payment in the banks, candidates will be given application number/code.
Registration online starts from Monday 5th to 9th September, 2011.
