A major player in the Petroleum Downstream sector in Nigeria having countrywide chain of retail fuel stations requires the services of the following positions:

Job Title: General Manager – HR

Qualification:
•   Graduate in any discipline/MBA in HR and Personnel Management.

Experience:
•   Minimum 12-15 years of experience in large enterprise with a workforce of 300 or more employees handling HR and Administrative work.

Job Description:
•   Knowledge of existing industry practices in HR and well versed with the Statutory Rules of Corporate.
•   Develop and implement strategy for HR Management and Development including- Recruitment and Selection.
•   Policy/Practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development and performance appraisal.

•   Selected candidates should be mobile and willing to be posted across Nigeria during their tenure with the company.
