This is to inform all candidates who applied for the 2011/2012 admission into the institution and made The Federal Polytechnic, Ede their most preferred (either as first and/or second choice) and more preferred (first choice only) and scored 160 or above in the 2011 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination that the post UTME screening exercise will hold as indicated below:

POST UTME SCREENING TIME SCHEDULES

DAY 1 (25-08-2011)
Departments: Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Office Technology & Management/ Secretarial Studies, Library and Information Science

DAY 2 (26-08-2011)
Departments: Computer Science, Tourism Management, Nutrition & Dietetics/Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Science Laboratory Technology, Statistics

DAY 3 (27-08-2011)
Departments: Architectural Technology,Building Technology,Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronics , Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Surveying and Geo-Informatics

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You do not need to come to Federal Polytechnic Ede to make your payment. You can pay to any of the following Banks across the nation:
•   Skye Bank Plc
•   Wema Bank Plc

WHAT THE BANKS NEED FROM YOU

You must make available the following data items before the banks can process your payment slips; which will later be used to gain access to the Polytechnic Portal

i.   Your Names (Surname, Middle Name, Last Name)

iv.   State of Origin
v.   Local Government Area
vi.   Course of Study
vii.   Phone Number
viii.   Email Address
ix.   JAMB Registraton Number

YOU MUST NOT LEAVE THE BANK PREMISE WITHOUT YOUR PAYMENT SLIP!

PROCEDURE FOR 2011/ 2012 UTME REGISTRATION

i.   Pay One Thousand Naira (=N=1,000) into any branch of Skye Bank Plc, Wema Bank Plc and First Bank Plc accounts as detailed below:

- Bank Name: Skye Bank Plc
- Account No: 1790098182

b.
- Account Name: Poly Ede Post UTME Fee
- Account Name: Poly Ede Post UTME Fee
- Bank Name: Wema Bank Plc
- Account No: 1771192655714

ii.   Collect the acknowledgement/payment slip which will be printed by the bank after your transaction
iii.   Use the information on the slip to login to the polytechnic website.
iv.   Click on the Admission menu option on the Registration menu item
v.   Enter your pin number and form number as on the acknowledgement slip, and follow instructions as demanded to complete your registration

•   The website will be closed by 12noon on Monday, 22nd August, 2011
•   Screening commences at 9.00am each day

FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EDE POST-UTME BREAKING NEWS: Change of Post UTME Examination Date

This is to inform all concerned candidates that the Post UTME Examination Date has been shifted to 1st, 2nd and 3rd of September. The Registration for Post UTME also has been shifted and will end by 29th August.
