Job Title: Manager, Marketing

Overall purpose:
Shall expand the company's operational coverage nationwide for an improved premium generation.

Job description / Responsibilities:
•   He/she will expand the company's operational coverage nationwide for an improved premium generation.
•   Ensure renewal of all existing policies and customer retention.
•   Provide excellent customer services by identifying customer needs/preferences.
•   Liaise with brokers and agents for business patronage.
•   Develop effective strategies for marketing company's range of products.

Report to: Director, Marketing

Knowledge/Skills:
•   Liaise with the technical division on all matters affecting clients while ensuring that outstanding claims are settled.
•   Must be computer literate.

Qualifications/Experience:
•   B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) or HND Upper Credit) in Insurance/Actuarial Science, Marketing, Economics, Business
•   Administration or any other Social Sciences discipline .
•   Masters degree in relevant discipline will be an advantage .
•   Professional membership of ACII, ACIIN will be an advantage .
•   Minimum of ten (10) years cognate
