A Nigerian Subsidiary of a Multinational organisation engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of strong brands of household fast moving consumer goods is currently recruiting for the following position:

Position: Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities:
•   The incumbent who will report to the Director of Sales will be expected to; manage the company's customers in the assigned region to achieve the volume and value targets.
•   Manage the trade channel and field sales team to achieve the company's distribution's objectives.
•   Achieve the company's sales and profitability growth objectives.

Experience and Competences:
•   Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably in the manufacturing sector
•   Working experience with a US corporation will be an advantage
•   Candidate must possess a good first degree together with a post qualification in the Social Sciences, Business Administration from a reputable higher institution
•   Demonstrated ability to deliver results, strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are imperatives
•   Eligible age of not more than 38 years with high energy level
