General Description:
•   The responsibilities listed below are all parts of the CS Sales core responsibilities that must be done and are limited into Customer Support delivery.
•   In the region there can be adapted sets of responsibilities for local conditions.

Responsibilities:
•   Attend SDP1 meetings and co-ordinate SME's to prepare scoping, costing and pricing for all support offerings for RFP's and RFI's.
•   Drive costing and pricing of support through the SDP1 to SDP 4 process, and in contract renegoiations.
•   Drive alignment on the way of working.
•   The CS Sales Manager will secure proper scoping costing and pricing of the SLA during all RFP's RFI's and on-going SLA negotiations. The Sales Manager will also assist the KAM in renegotiations of existing SLA's.
•   The CS Sales Manager  is responsible for ensuring the correct and proper contract management towards customers and third parties. This includes the responsibility together with the allocated SDM.
•   In conjunction with SDM's identify up sales opportunities.
•   Responsibility for the Contract Management Process in the Region together with the allocated SDM.

Qualifications:
•   Advanced skills in managing SLAs, understanding portfolio and relationship to service delivery.
•   Good leadership & communication capabilities.
•   Adequate degree in business and telecommunications.
•   At least 5 years of experience from Support Services, Network Operations, Consulting or Project Management within the Telecom or similar industry.
•   Very good knowledge and understanding of applicable parts of Ericsson´s services product portfolio and delivery processes.
•   Excellent Customer/Vendor Relationship Management skills.
•   Adequate financial and business skills
•   Negotiation skills
•   Fluency in English and the local language.
