RESPONSIBILITIES:
-  Billing & Revenue Management
-  Network Applications
-  Service Fulfillment Suite
-  Network Intelligence & Network Integrity

Responsibilities will include:
• Selling Oracle Communications products into the Africa communications market, special focus on solutions for Converged Charging, Service Delivery and Network Charging and Control
• Responsible and accountable for achieving allocated quarterly and annual sales quota for license and first year maintenance.
• Prospect and increase awareness of Oracle Communications' products in Africa, building a sustainable and growing pipeline of opportunities.
• Develop existing Oracle Communications customer relationships in Africa and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications and experience required:
• Successful track record of selling network and converged charging related products into the communications industry within the Russian market.
• Good knowledge of Russia's communications industry, market drivers and company strategies.
• Demonstrated success in appropriately utilizing company resources to close business.
• At least 3 years of successfully selling network application software in into the Russian communications market with special focus on solutions for Converged Charging, Service Delivery, Network Charging & Control and Next Generation IN domain.
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Capabilities expected:
• Native speaker of African language
• Working within a matrix environment and across other Oracle lines of business as part of an overall solution.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities based on economic and organisation political factors
• Bid shaping and business case justification skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
