Brunel Energy is currently recruiting for the following position in Nigeria:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Supervise, Review, Approve & Manage the Building Engineering Architectural Design of Onshore facilities, buildings, Accommodation, offices and all associated facilities.
•   Technical authority for Architecture and Building Engineering.
•   Ensure that the Scope of services for Architectural Design and Building Engineering is fulfilled in accordance with the Contract, with the Companies Rules and General Specifications and with applicable National & International codes and standards.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
•   Review Contractor deliverables for Architecture and Building Engineering. Review Vendor deliverables.
•   Participate to technical meetings & Project meetings as and when required.
•   Ensure that the Design and Engineering complies with Company Basic Engineering and requirements.
•   Ensure that for the Architectural/Building part, the technical definition of the upgrade package is in compliance with the contract scope and with the Companies rules, standards and specifications

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
•   Building / Civil Engineering or Architectural. Education - Diploma / Degree Qualification
•   Overseas Experience – Preferable
•   Minimum of 10 years working experience in Building Engineering of Building Projects, i.e. Residential , Hotel
