Job description:
•   The Business Operations Trainer reports to the Continuous Improvement, Quality and Training Manager.
•   The role is to facilitate, organize and deliver all classroom based training requirements as agreed with each of the business units and their Managers and provide guidance on specific training items.
•   Your role will be one that requires great attention to detail as you will have the responsibility of writing clear and concise instructions, training documentation and maintaining their accuracy.
•   You will work with other areas of the business including WFM to establish training schedules that best fit the business needs.

Required:
•   Bachelor's Degree
•   At least 1 year experience in Team Management
•   English: Fluent

Preferred: At least 2 years experience in Team Management
