Description:
•   The Procurement, C&G Officer will provide support in the administration of contracts, grants, task orders and cooperative agreements.
•   S/he will be responsible for the review of sub-agreements and subcontracting implementation activities and contractual arrangements to ensure they meet with donor and organizational regulations.
•   S/he will also implement systems and policies that guide all operations related to procuring supplies and services (in accordance with FHI policy and donor policies).

Education/Experience: 
•   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical area.
•   Minimum of  3-5  years relevant experience in procurement; Familiarity with donor-funded procurement rules and regulations (experience with USAID procurement a plus)
