Amidst tight security, the five-man panel of justices of the Appeal Court sitting in Benin yesterday reaffirmed the victory of the Peoples Democratic Party candidate and governor of Delta state, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan in the January 6, 2011 re-run governorship election held in the state.
