The Director General,Nigeria Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC), Otunba Olusegun Runsewe, has decried the negative image Nigeria is getting from the Boko Haram issue and the kidnapping in some parts of the country.

l totally agree with Otunba Olusegun Runsewe that the Boko Haram and Kidnapping menace is a big blow on Nigeria's image, at the international level.

There is an usual saying that "A problem known is half-solved". Why is the case of Nigeria different? Boko haramism, kidnapping, robbery have been the order of the day. What steps have taken so far to sanitize the system? What factors could have led to them? How about non-performance of the government?
