Primary Job Function: Under the general supervision of the Section Chief, Strategy & Planning of the Facilities Management Division (FMD) of the Technology and General Services Department (TGS), plans, schedules, and manages execution of specific departmental assignments and projects related to the timely and cost-effective delivery of facility services to ensure a safe work environment for the Fund staff at headquarters and abroad. Assists the Section Chief with specific assignments and may serve as acting Section Chief in the absence of the Chief.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•   Develops and manages a program that ensures the accuracy of the "As Built" environment, including historical records, drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals and other relevant documents.
•   Establishes and manages protocols for performing working activities within the built environment; this will include process for engaging with services providers in the IT, Food services and Events Planning domain.
•   Develops and manages an Energy Project Road map, which will include capital projects for energy consumption as well as optimization of the Building Management System, which will then be used to support Capital Project planning.

Qualifications: Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of a relevant advanced university degree, supplemented by a minimum of four years of professional experience in Real Estate, Facilities, Hospitality or Design and Construction field, or equivalent; or a bachelor's degree, supplemented by a minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in Real Estate, Facilities, Hospitality or Design and Construction field, is required.
