Job Title: Program Officer
NGO: de family House Initiative

Responsibility:
•   Candidate will provide technical program management assistance to the Executive director and be a program Officer.
•   He/She will undertake project design, implementation and evaluation of program/project activities, data analysis and progress reporting.

Qualification:
•   B.Sc in relevant field (Sociology, Public Heath, Public Administration etc.)
•   Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a Non Governmental organization.
•   Excellent Communication, Supervisory and interpersonal skills.
•   Must be proficient in proposal writing.
•   High degree of independence, creativity and commitment.
•   Ability to write clearly and work under pressure.
•   Language requirements; English Excellent
•   Age: 25-35 years
•   Females are strongly encouraged.
