The Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto seeks to engage the services of suitable candidates to fill the following positions in the University's Students Affairs Division and Department of Physical Planning and Maintenance.

STUDENTS AFFAIRS DIVISION

1. Hall Supervisor
•   CONTISS 05   
•   SSCE with at least four credits plus a minimum of six years relevant experience.   

2. Matron
•   CONTISS 05   
•   SSCE with at least four credits plus a minimum of six years relevant experience.   

3. Assistant Coach Grade II
•   CONTISS 05   
•   WASC/SSCE plus three-year Coaching Certificate Grade III   

4. Account Clerks   
•   SSCE with four credits at one sitting or five credits at two sittings.   

5. Senior Store Keeper
•   CONTISS 04   
•   Store Keeper's Certificate with at least 2 years post –qualification experience.   

6. Computer Operator II (Graphics)
•   CONTISS 04   
•   SSCE with Four (4) credit passes three (3) of which must be in English, Mathematics and Physics , with Basic of Microsoft Office Productivity Tools( such as  MSWord, Excel, Power Point, Corel Draw)   
•   At least 2 years relevant experience

DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL PLANNING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Artisan I (Plumbing)
•   CONTISS 04   
•   SSCE with four passes plus Trade Test Grade I in Plumbing.
•   At least a year relevant experience

2. Artisan I (Industrial Electrician)
•   CONTISS 04   
•   SSCE with four passes plus Trade Test Grade I in Industrial Electrical Installation.
•   At least a year relevant experience

3. Artisan I (Auto-Electrical)
•   CONTISS 04   
•   SSCE with four passes plus Trade Test Grade I in Auto-Electrical.
•   At least a year relevant experience

4. Artisan I (Panel Beating/Welding)
•   CONTISS 04   
•   SSCE with four passes plus Trade Test Grade I in Panel Beating /Welding.
•   At least a year relevant experience

5. Artisan I (Wheel Balancing/Alignment Mech.)
•   CONTISS 04   
•   SSCE with four passes plus Trade Test Grade I in Wheel Balancing/Alignment mech.
•   At least a year relevant experience

6. Artisan I (Plant Operator)
•   CONTISS 04   
•   SSCE with four passes plus Trade Test Grade I in Electrical Installation.
•   At least a year relevant experience

7. Artisan I (Motor Mechanic Diesel or Petrol Engines)   
•   SSCE with four passes plus Trade Test Grade I in Auto-Mechanic   
•   At least a year relevant experience

OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for aptitude test.
2. Applicants above thirty (30) years of age are not eligible to apply.
3. Applicants are advised to request their referees to send report on them and one of the referees must be a religious cleric or a public servant not below the rank of a Director.

REMUNERATION:
The salaries and benefits are as obtainable in the University System.
