Job Description:
-  Provide guidance and thought leadership in the Cross-Sell & Pricing space through continuous upgrading and innovative ideas
-  Champion Cross-Sell & Pricing as a strategic imperative and a critical enabler to business priorities achievements
-  Reinforce accountability of Products, Segments, Distribution and Support to ensure success of Cross-Sell & Pricing activities

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Franchise Development
2. Pricing
3. Compliance & Control

Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years experience in strategic and tactical product management
• Understanding of customer experience/needs with regard to key products and services
• University degree
• Sound understanding of market, customer segments, product and channel economics
• Ability to generate insights based on emerging trends and propose profitable need based solutions
• Track record effectively managing delivery with cross-functional & more senior stakeholders
• Understanding of relevant product group market and economic environment.
• Thorough knowledge of products that the position is responsible for knowledge of various departments within SCB and effects of cross-sell and pricing recommendations on them
