UNIC Health, an advisor to BUPA and an AXA partner, is a leading underwriter of health insurance products applicable in Nigeria and overseas. UNIC is currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Medihelp Team leader/Dispatcher
Role: Medical
Career Level: Entry

General Responsibilities:
•   Manages the delivery of the following Medihelp services for the duration of their shift
•   Ambulance dispatch (primary and secondary)
•   Medical advice
•   Medical directory services
•   General customer care
•   Assistance (home visit, evacuation, appointment arrangement, GOP, claims investigation, medical report, travel assistance)
•   Note: The Team Leader now functions as the dispatcher.

The Responsibilities/Duties Of The Medihelp Team Leader Include The Following:
• Liaises with the Medihelp supervisor, call centre manager and operations manager/advisor to deliver a 24/7 Call Center service
• Coordinates and supervises the activities of other members of the team (including dispatchers)
• Takes 199, 888, 274, 177, 686 and any other calls ending in the Medihelp section of the CC
• Assists in taking calls
• Handling difficult calls
