KeyResponsibilities:
•   Be Certiport's sales and revenue sales executive for Nigeria
•   Develop countrywide sales plans and strategies to achieve your sales targets in collaboration with our country partners, our global strategic partners and Certiport's Middle East and Southwest Asia leadership teams.
•   Recruit and on-board new partners and coach and motivate existing partners to achieve their annual sales and revenue commitments to you.
•   Identify and close new revenue opportunities for Certiport in Nigeria's public and education sectors, teaming with strategic partners, such as Microsoft, Adobe and Autodesk.
•   Proactively engage senior government and education leaders in Nigeria in ways that enable Certiport to be viewed as a strategic partner.
•   Prepare annual revenue forecasts and business plans that drive Nigeria sales growth and enable us to make timely investments in people, product and infrastructure.

Skills, Competencies and Education:
•   You must be able to demonstrate sustained success at achieving yearly sales targets.  Experience at consistently achieving minimum individual sales quota over at least 7 years of $US700,000.
•   Alternatively, you might be a senior educator or policy maker (or recently retired) with comprehensive networks in Nigeria's education and government sectors.
•   Strong and verifiable reference
•   Fluent in English
•   It would be very helpful if you have relevant knowledge and contacts within the IT education and certification markets.
•   You will need exceptional client facing skills, poise and polish gained in the course of at least 10 years as a sales hunter and the ability to engage and persuade senior education and public sector leaders.
•   Participation in professional sales skills training programs from major ICT players would be well regarded
•   Consultative selling skills, especially the ability to uncover client needs and pain and to align Certiport's rich solutions against these needs in compelling ways.
•   You must be comfortable working without daily supervision and confident in your ability, based on your past record, in building a business.  This is not a role for account farmers or project manager who have been adept at leveraging the work of sales teams.
•   The ability to negotiate multi year commercial agreements which provide a balance of benefits to both sides
•   A higher degree, e.g, a masters would be well regarded

Rewards
A very generous commissions (only) based compensation plan will be negotiated that will enable you to consistently achieve in excess of $US85, 000 a year.   If you reach your targets after 12 months, we will add a base salary to your commissions.
