Audi has released new images and details about the redesigned 2011 A8 L.

Measuring 13cm (5.12 in) longer, in both length and wheelbase, than the standard model, the A8 L boasts an aluminum spaceframe and an adaptive air suspension. If that isn't impressive enough, owners can order a sport differential (standard on the A8 L 4.2 TDI) and dynamic steering.

According to a recent report, Jaguar has green-lighted the F- and X-type.

Speaking with Automobilwoche, Tata Motors CEO, Carl-Peter Forster, confirmed the models were currently under development. While he declined to say when they would be released, he stated both vehicles would come in "several variations." We can assume this means the X-Type will be offered as a sedan and estate, while the F-type (possibly called the XE) will be available as a coupe and roadster.

Here's some video of the upcoming Hyundai Veloster doing some testing in what appears to be an Icelandic-like landscape. (Could it be Iceland?)

As previously speid, the prototype of the Hyundai coupe model spotted here is wearing some heavy camouflage, so we can't gleam much about how it will look. There's still lots of wiring and gear on the vehicle which tells us that Hyundai may not quite be in the final stages of testing just yet.

The first spy photos of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe have been captured in Europe.  The car will replace the CLK in the Mercedes lineup beginning next year.

As we told you in April, the C-Class Coupe will be produced in Bremen, Germany, along with the other three C-Class models.  The expanding factory will also be responsible for the GLK sport utility vehicle, in addition to the E-Class, SL and SLK, which are already produced at the facility.

Akio Toyoda, head of Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Co., says he would like to see a new Toyota Supra hit the market.  Seen in 2007 as the FT-HS concept at the the Detroit Motor Show, the fifth-generation Supra would be the first in showrooms since the Mark IV was cancelled in 2002.

Toyoda used to test drive the fourth-gen Supra on the Nurburgring, and the idea of developing a better version became a pet project for the company chief.  Speculation suggests the car would use a hybrid powertrain involving a V6 engine.

BMW has handed out a memo to its North American dealers outlining changes for the upcoming model year which begins in September.

New for the M3 model is the addition of automatic start/stop technology as a standard feature. Stop/start works by shutting off the engine once the vehicle has come to a complete stop to save fuel. The function is automatic but can be turned off via a button located next to the ignition/off switch on the dashboard.
