Responsibilities: The Operations Support Analyst will assist with all operational activities including:
1.   Management of system/tool quality within the Network Operations by ensuring they are kept updated regularly considering the dynamic nature of the network evolution (Configuration Management).
2.   To ensure high network availability by planning and implementing contingency plans for disaster recovery and business continuity.
3.   To plan and execute all training programs, cross functional exchange, role swap and Network Operations Boot camp (Knowledge management session) for Network Operations staff.
4.   To ensure that any new system introduced into the network can be monitored from the GNOC and that all applicable alarms are simulated and tested through to the GNOC before going live
5.   To ensure that all policies, processes and procedures related to the different arms of the Technology Group are developed, documented and communicated. In addition to performing periodic audit to analyze and document gaps in processes, systems and people.
6.   Work with other teams within Network Operations to help streamline technical resolutions.
7.   Tracking of all recommendation from Incident reports and ensure these recommendations are adequately implementation.
8.   Manage & control the different Return Material Authorization procedures and Spares Management activities in the network
9.   Communicate customers network performance report/ trends and areas of concern to management and help implement corrective action plans as needed
10.   Responsible for all Network Change Management and Support role with primary responsibility for assessing RFC, identifying potential impact(s), minimize risk, carry out impact analysis as regards to resources required, post implementation, costs and forward schedule of change (FSC)
11.   Maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders (i.e. Project team, NPI, Supplier/Contractors and Senior Management) to ensure reporting is effective, timely and value-added
12.   Providing support to technical sales, service delivery, network support and senior management relating to Network Performance analysis of trends, recommendations and results.

Contacts: Under the supervision of the Operations Support Manager, you will be required to liaise and interface with other groups/departments typically involved in the Technical Management of the project.
