Purpose of Role: To implement the Spirit Sales strategy in order to deliver the annual operating plan in line with the long term strategy.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
•         Ensure effective customer/ business development and management to counter competitive activities in the territory
•         Ensure achievement of Diageo sales drivers for territory
•         Manage recommended price compliance in outlets
•         Ensure and manage appropriate promotional activity in the right outlets
•         Ensure contact with all customers

Qualifications and Experience Required:
•         Graduate Calibre
•         Problem Solving skills
•         Ability to work in teams
•         Geographically mobile
•          Experienced driver with valid license

Barriers to Success in Role:
•         Lack of numeric skills
•         Lack of driver's license/Inability to drive
•         Dishonesty/lack of integrity>

Flexible Working options
