Responsibilities:

• Prepare      project scope of work definition and construction project deliverables
• Plan      and manage end-to-end project delivery and resource allocations
• Plan,      manage, track and report on construction budget throughout project life      cycle
• Prepare      and present project progress reports to both clients and senior management
• Serve      as the technical authority of the project and provide senior technical      oversight and support in the development and implementation of site/civil      engineering solutions.
• Manage      and supervise all project sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and      ensure compliance to quality and safety standards
• Establish      and maintain the necessary communication with all project stakeholders
• Manage      all project issues, risks and dependencies

 

Qualifications:

• 15      years experience serving in increasingly complex civil engineering project      management positions, including at least 1-2 years of relevant experience      working on major water drainage and supply construction projects.
• Strong      track record of developing and delivering successful civil and structural      engineering solution to clients
• Practical      experience in site/civil development, including building complex concrete      structures.
• Ability      to understand complex project objectives and to arrange work flow and      priorities accordingly
• Ability      to manage multiple complex tasks, project designs and work plans in a      fast-paced environment
• Strong      man management experience
• Ability      to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing at very senior      levels
• Strong      client facing and stakeholder management skills
• Software      proficiency including AdICPR, MS Office (Word, Excel, Project and Power      Point)
• Must      possess B.Sc. Hons. Civil Engineering 2.1, M.Sc. Structural Engineering an      advantage
• Must      have formal Project Management qualifications: Prince2, APM, MSP and MPI
