Job Description:

As a Sales Specialist in the Data CentreSolutions team,

•   You will be responsible for selling solutions and services within the target market.  

•   You will also manage and build client relationships, identify new market opportunities by selling and integrating a range of solutions to new clients.

•   You will also be responsible for New Business Development

As a Sales Specialist you will need to:

•   Ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the products, services and solutions within the Data Centre space (Server Solutions, Storage solutions etc)

•   Drive sales strategy into your account base, by working closely with the Sales & Service Managers.

•   Create and build professional relationships with clients

•   Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue pipeline.

•   Be responsible for individual sales target

•   Emphasis on new business development

•   Develop specific account plans to ensure revenue growth across the Solution Groups

•   Develop and manage client account plans

•   Ownership and resolution of sales related issues

•   Engage appropriate resources at all levels within Company and with external partners and suppliers where necessary.

•   Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in IT industry and general business.

•   Participate in regular sales update training and attend customer events
