Requirements:

•   This individual, who will reside in Lagos on a full-time basis throughout the period of the construction supervision services, will be a senior engineer with at least 15 years professional experience, including assignments in developed countries with at least 5 years of relevant managerial positions, as well as at least 5 years on similar projects in developing countries.

•   The candidate should have a proven record of managerial capability through the directing/managing of major civil engineering works, including projects of a similar magnitude financed by a major multilateral international lending agency and clear understanding with skills to apply environmental management plans on projects.
