An activist, Mr. Osteen Igbapike, yesterday, expressed concern over the Bonga oil spill on the Atlantic fringe of Bayelsa State, saying that Nigeria has learnt nothing from the recent Gulf of Mexico oil spillage, and the response from the regulatory agency, the USELPA.
